1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the gbaee platform — whether through the website at gbaee.net, the gbaee mobile app, or any other gbaee service — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and gbaee.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. gbaee reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms should be read alongside the gbaee Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gbaee.

2 Eligibility

To register and use gbaee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

3 Account Registration

When registering on gbaee, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbaee account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. gbaee will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. • Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your gbaee account.
• gbaee may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• Verification documents may include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

gbaee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit on gbaee is ৳10. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are typically credited to your gbaee account within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable verification requirements. gbaee aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval.

• All funds deposited into your gbaee account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• gbaee does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• gbaee reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gbaee account balance.
• gbaee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gbaee offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Current Offers page at the time the promotion is active. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

6 Gameplay Rules

By placing a bet on gbaee, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. gbaee does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any game. Past results do not influence future outcomes on any gbaee game.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, gbaee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software fault, the correct result as recorded by gbaee's server logs will be the binding outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on gbaee and are displayed within each game interface.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• During a self-exclusion period, gbaee will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts on gbaee during the exclusion period.
• Deposit limits, once set, can only be reduced immediately. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on gbaee. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of account balances:

• Creating or operating more than one gbaee account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with gbaee games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in gbaee games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a gbaee account.
• Attempting to launder money or use gbaee for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gbaee staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the gbaee platform or its games.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

gbaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that is harmful to gbaee, other players, or third parties.

You may also close your gbaee account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

• Accounts suspended for violations of these terms may have their balances withheld pending investigation.
• gbaee will notify suspended account holders by email where possible, but is not obligated to do so in cases involving suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Appeals against account suspensions can be submitted to [email protected] with supporting documentation.
• gbaee's decision on account suspension appeals is final.

10 Limitation of Liability

gbaee provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime above 99.5%, gbaee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbaee's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• gbaee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• gbaee is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• gbaee is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
• Nothing in these terms limits gbaee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data

gbaee collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on gbaee, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

gbaee does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the platform — such as payment processors and identity verification services — and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.
